This is a topic that makes me burn. By the time you get to any event you either have to pay for parking or you pay for public transit to get there. Then they want you to pay $10 and up to get in, to look around. They then want you to spend your money to buy things. I used to go to all kinds of events and I especially liked craft shows. I never go anymore as I can not afford the cost for gas use, parking and the entrance fee. Does anyone else feel this way, or is it just me?

I know exactly how you feel. I have to attend a convention for work every year and pay the same fees in addition to whatever else I buy that day. We usually carpool to save some of the costs. They are making quite a bit of profit with their ticket fees since the vendors are already paying a hefty amount to rent their spot. I would love to attend more events throughout the year, but it can get expensive, for sure!

Well I am glad I am not alone in feeling this way. I used to buy a lot of Christmas gifts at Craft shows and now I only go to church bazzar's that are free to get in. Besides I help out at our own church bazzar and have been lucky in some of the purchases I have made.
Have a good day prettyrainbow
