I want to know what some fun surprises you have either received or youve done for someone. they dont have to just be gifts they can be events too .
My is probably when my husband who hates shopping alone went to the store on valentines day and bought me and my daughter chocolate roses and boxes of chocolate and had it all set up on the table for when she woke up from her nap. so sweet

Every Valentines day for five years I made a CD mix of romantic songs or songs we loved for my then boyfriend (now husband). I try to really go out of my way to make the people I love feel special.
I was so touched when my husband really brought it these last few occasions (even though we have no money) but showing that he really listens to me and cares for what makes me happy. It's especially touching as I've been ill and unable to organise much or show I care as well as I used to!

Thank you so much! The one for your daughter (and you) is so cute! It's like I always tell my husband, it's not what the thing is, it's the effort. So in your hubby's case it means so much as he hates shopping ^_^

After returning home from my baby shower at a relative's house my husband greeted me with flowers and a really sweet card. Melted my heart.

I know its super typical but I love when my husband gets me flowers out of the blue. When I was pregnant and sick, I once woke up from my nap to a bouquet of purple tulips lying beside me.

Ohh I forgot one. Best non gift surprise is when my husband willing does something he knows I love but isn't his favourite. For example, he hates picnics (which is weird considering he loves the outdoors AND food) but one day randomly announced we were going on a picnic the next day and that he was bringing all the food! Was wonderful

Such sweet stories from everyone!
I find I appreciate the sweet surprises even more now that my husband does so much for me on a daily basis. It's the fact that he still goes above and beyond, even though I have no expectations and am already so grateful.

Awh you guys have such sweet men in your life !!.
It's the little things and it makes us so happy
|Flowers! on Mar 20, 2016 @ 09:02 pm|
I do love unexpected flowers too!
I love when my man does things around the house that I haven't asked him to do.
Like his random trips to Home Depot so I have everything I need to put my tv on the wall, or hang picture frames etc.
