What do you do when you're having a really, really bad day? How do you destress and not carry the mess with you? I can't stand feeling helpless. Any advice to take your mind off things? Usually I listen to music to calm myself. It's not working today.

If I have a bad day at work I usually go out for a 5 minutes walk. Fresh air can do miracle! I also do workout, when I punch I'm thinking of my problems and punch them! haha. Or simply call a friend or a parent and talk about your day.

Thanks girls. Unfortunately I have a chronic pain condition and this is a stuck in bed kind of day. And also very cold otherwise a walk might have helped.

in this case, just read a good book or write your emotions. It really helps and when you're done you can go forward with a more positive mind. :)

I usually excercise or pamper myself by taking a hot bath doing some facial masks or i go out for a drive alone and listen to music

I usually try to take a nap, have a nice bubble bath, most recently I have discovered yoga with Adriene on YouTube and she actually has a video on doing yoga for when you're in a bad mood! I tried it last week and I felt way better :)
if none of that works, maybe you should have some wine ;)
