I've been exploring into the world of yoga as of late.
My gym offers hot yoga, regular yoga and a couple of other kinds
I have done hot yoga twice and I think it is absolutely amazing, sweating out of places I didn't know could even sweat haha
but I also started doing a home practice from youtube vidoes, "Yoga with Adriene" with https://www.youtube.com/user/yogawithadriene and I like that too
What do you prefer?

@charbella2 yot yoga, from my understanding, is yoga but in a warm room so you get really warm and sweaty really fast.

Definitely hot yoga, but it is something that you have to get used to because depending on the studio temperatures can get very high. Stay hydrated and don't rush into overly complicated poses. Yoga is all about progress!

There are different types of hot yoga too. I find Moksha yoga is great, but Bikram I find they have the temp. too high and they over extend the stretches and poses which I've heard is actually quite detrimental. I have nothing but good words and experiences about Moksha hot yoga though!
