Summer is going fast but at the same time I am feeling exhausted! I have 2 kids and the younger one is almost 5, he has too much energy and I am getting really tired as I work from home, it's getting harder to keep up with everything. I feel like I am going to fall asleep at any moment during the day. Anybody else with the same feeling?

I feel your pain girl, I have two little ones 6 and 1 1/2 and they are a lot of work at times. By the time 6 pm rolls around I am so ready for bedtime and just exhausted. Coffee is pretty much the only thing keeping me from becoming a walking zombie. Hopefully you get some much needed rest mama!

I guess I am not the only one, but I don't drink coffee. Thanks for the support!

I feel for you so bad, because I am the same! Of course, I have no kids but with many health problems am left drained. It could just be the natural tiredness that comes with motherhood, but if it's a recent feeling, it might be good to take a trip to the doc and get a blood test as you could be low on iron or other vitamins that are making you feel more tired.
Good luck and good thoughts!

Absolutely I feel Exactly the same. Except
I end up waking up once everyone falls asleep and get a burst of energy. This doesn't help for me staying awake all day!!

I feel the same. Coffee does it for me. I have a 5 year old and a 1 year old. They keep me on my feet that's for sure. Trust me drink lots of coffee and you'll be fine. Keep your head up

I am trying to be more relaxed about the house chores and getting a nap every day is helping. I think the worst is to keep up with my son need of attention all the time. I feel bad to say this but I can't wait for school and recover my quiet mornings again!

I agree 100% with you.

I feel bad for you I think many of us have been through that! Sometimes you need to stop and take a break! Get a sitter for an afternoon, go have a girls day, shopping or even just a nice quiet afternoon in the park with a good book. Number one thing is make sure you are eating properly, getting enough vitamins, vitamin D is crucial! I used to have timeouts for my kids, 1 hour every afternoon in their bedroom I told them it was quiet time, I didn't care what they did but they had to stay in their bedroom and keep things quiet. I would buy a new toy or game and only give it to them at "quiet time" so it kept them interested in it. Good luck to you and hang in there before you know it they will be grown and gone and you will have a bit of a sad empty feeling!

I totally understand how you feel. Have you tried going to bed earlier if your kids allow it . Do you get any me time at all? Maybe if you could find something relaxing so your not so tired. Do you get any type of help at all?
I hope you are able to get some rest soon
