I do love this idea and I try to make a meatless meal at least once a week.
Unfortunately, my boyfriend is so picky and meat is his favourite food group.
Really that just means I have to cook two meals for the night. :(
But I do love Lentil Tacos!
I need to get a veggie spiral so I can make some zucchini pasta. So yummy!

I don't really have a meatless day. Usually my breakfast and lunch are meatless and then dinner depends on what I feel like eating, with or without meat.

I don't have a set day for a meatless meal; however, as prices have gone up the frequency of those meatless days go up.
|Meat, Poultry, Seafood... on Feb 10, 2016 @ 04:07 pm|
Our primary source of protein comes from poultry (chicken), and fish - most of which we eat on the daily. About 2-3 times a week, we eat meat. It really comes down to what you consider to be meat - everything??
Anyways, financially chicken and fish (buy in bulk) tend to be cheapest, and therefore most common in our diet. We probably go one day every week without a meat, seafood, or poultry product.

Hubby and I rarely eat meat for that reason. When we do, we buy from Costco and freeze.
