Am i the only one? My SO falls asleep in zero time and sleeps like a baby through the night while am left roaming the house and doing dishes and laundry by 1am!! Watching TV used to send me to sleep before the kids came but my sleep schedule is sooo off and i try to be useful while am awake but it seems am getting more and more cranky in the mornings. Can anyone else out there relate to this?

Not to worry, you will sleep eventually at night time. The thing is, are you upset or worried over anything? Just relax and don't let it bother you. Depending on the age of your kids, if possible sleep during the day. It really does not matter.

I know what you mean. I haven't slept in months. I lay there and start thinking my mind is going all the time. I even started setting an alarm to be in a schedule. Was worse after my surgery. I hope you figure it out, there is nothing worse...

I feel your pain! I always try to get to bed with my boyfriend. He falls asleep in no time and I lay there tossing and turning. Eventually, I get so frustrated I just get up and have a snack. My mind is always racing the second I lay down. Then I struggle to get up in the morning. Ugh. Vicious cycle!

Yup, drives me insane how lucky he is. And he stays asleep too!

My hubby and I are very different sleepers. I go to bed early and he stays up late. I fall asleep fast and he takes while, but I am a light sleeper and he can sleep through almost anything.

Not unusually worried. my kids are 5 and 1 so sleeping during the day never really works lol!

Hubby falls asleep instantly. While I take a while to fall asleep. I'm a very light sleeper, so I'm the one up when a kid is sick or when baby wakes up....she's in a who needs sleep phase. Hope you get some rest soon. I totally understand where you're coming from.
