Things are well with me these days....taking some time to reflect on myself.
And I disagree that you don't have any happy stories. If you really reflect on how your day went I'm sure you'll notice that somebody out there did something nice for you. It doesn't have to be something big...the small stuff count too. |

I'm on the streetcar this morning on my way to work. its jam-packed with people. I'm standing, huddling against a germy pole (yuck!) while ppl behind and beside me are pushing me into it (accidentally of course)...
the streetcar is obviously being driven extremely slowly (they only speed up when you want to catch them), i think nothing of it because its an everyday thing. We get to ttc stop / intersection. The streetcar stops, the light is green but it lets it go and allows it to become red. I'm thinking 'perhaps someones making a left in front of it'. The light goes green again, and again streetcar driver lets it pass and turn red. On the third green light as the driver was about to let that go too, i hear a huge roar behind me.. I jump so hard i almost spill my coffee on the bald head of the poor guy sitting in front of me!!
right behind me a guy was roaring mad, cussing at the streetcar driver and telling the rest of us to write a letter complaining against the service...
Ok i know this situation isn't exactly nice but it is funny!! the way i jumped and almost spilled my coffee .. i'm telling you guys that was hillarious!! just imagine if i had spilled coffee on the bald head of the guy sitting in front of me...hahahaha ok it wouldn't have been funny then but its funny now :-) |

lol - I liked that story about the streetcar b/c it brings me back to my university days when I rode the bus everywhere! They would always stop and wait if they got ahead of schedule (it always just happened to be when I was behind schedule - grr). I can just imagine your near miss! Funny! |
