So I started a new job and on my first day a guy who also works there started to talk to me. At first I really didn't want to talk to him because I told myself I wasn't going to get involve in any relationships. And so he kept talking to me and I really didn't want to be rude so I'll answer his questions and maybe we both started flirting with each other. He works in a different department from me and that time I guess he was working near my department and he will come by often and see how I was doing and when he was leaving he made a joke I guess he wanted my number because all I heard him say "phone number" so I just smile and he left and then he came back and ask if I had a facebook I said yes then he said well you can add me and then I told him no let me give you mine so you can add me, then he said ok and left. The next day I was extremely busy in work and all of the sudden I felt someone poke me but I took a little bit long to turn around who it was, and it was him and he just said hi and left..And then a few busy hours pass by and he never pass by my department to see me, until I was leaving I went to get my things from the lunch room and there he was sitting down and eating and then I just told him bye and so did he .. And its been 4 days and theres no friend request on facebook and I really don't know what days he works to ask him why. Did i do something wrong?

Why wait for him to get around to adding you? Just add him! Don't worry about it 'meaning too much', because it really doesn't. You guys are co-workers, friends and you obviously like each other at least in a platonic way so why wouldn't you become facebook buddies? Add him, get to know him better and if you're interested, then make a move!

I already try searching for him but I wasn't able find him I think he has his facebook account under a different name... Hopefully I see him in work and I'm going to ask him. Thanks for the advice. :)

it'll all work out if it's meant to be! Don't stress, be yourself, and especially since you guys are co-workers don't try and jump into anything too involved. You'll just find yourself in trouble! Think of Jim and Pam from The Office...patience will pay off :)
