May I suggest a better way to shop. These days people tire of clothes very quickly because styles are changing with every season. Most cities have a few consignment stores and some are more upscale than others but if you look around you will most likely find one that fits your style. You will probably pay about 1/4 of the price and only because someone has wore the piece of clothing before. It is really no different than you wearing the piece of clothing, throwing it in the washer and dryer and paying 1/4 of the price. What a deal. Find a store near you and save a lot of money.

Are you referring to vintage clothing shops? Maybe we can share the info, you can list the stores in your city and anyone else can contribute for their respective cities too.
Another idea is to organise clothing swap with your girlfriends..
|I know a few on Oct 02, 2014 @ 09:27 am|
There are a few in the GTA I know about, A lot of them are actually for used furniture

|Has to be right season to sell on Oct 10, 2014 @ 05:46 am|
Right now is the Fall/Winter season for clothes. I have a bunch of designer dresses that I want to sell but it's not the right season. I need to wait til Spring before they will consider them. That's how it works. All about the timing.

I love second hand stores for a million and one reasons. I love my antiques and love the idea of reusing. I rarely stumble into a shopping mall as I find that sometimes quality is best found in consignment stores (and for a much much better price). There is a store on the Lakeshore in Mississauga called Karma which is mostly decorative items and furniture. I have found many gems there.

I'm in Hamilton, and I don't know of any off hand. Just used clothing and such for babies. And we have Value Village and Talize, both of which are used clothing shops. Sometimes you can find items with the price tag still on them. But the quality is usually hit or miss at both stores.
