Crafty Chicks, anyone?

missjudy 459	I'm a wannabe crafty chick! on Jun 01, 2012 @ 10:14 am I'm not really very good at crafts but I love reading your home decor stuff! There was also one about a wreath a few years ago that I really liked too. One of these days I'm going to have to buy a bunch of supplies from michaels and get serious about crafting. Oh and I'm also really interested in making my own jewelry like you see at michaels or in those magazines. I would really love to know how to make my own earrings or pendants!

patricia 4,344	I love crafting! on Jun 01, 2012 @ 10:59 am I love crafts! I knit, crochet, paper crafts, jewelry, ... the list goes on. If I could figure out how to upload photos to forum posts I'd show you some of the stuff I've made. I like creating new things. It's to cathartic and relaxing! :) Pinterest is my new addition for crafting ideas. My newest idea is a wind chime made out of a gin bottle. I need a glass cutter and if I can cut the glass with out breaking it or cutting a finger off, it's going to be pretty neat. I'll try to remember to take photos as I go and post them somehow. :)

I agree with missjudy what about a jewelry DIY so many great bead work crafts you can do... necklaces,earrings,bracelets etc. -natural products as well....masks,hair masks,bath bombs,bath salts,homemade household cleaners -Love your food and drink recipes DIY -gardening crafts(like how Ali and you made those covered pots) -dried flower and herb arrangements -pet crafts(for the pet lovers :) Thanks for all your fun DIY articles Alex they really are a favorite part of Chickadvisor

I'm going to look into doing some jewellery DIYs, I actually used to do a lot but I haven't broken out my bead set in a while!

so_adorkable_ 1,726	crafting on Oct 20, 2012 @ 08:26 pm i think the crafters and DIYs posted here are neat, I tried out the bath bomb one and gave them as part as a gift. as for me doing crafts on my own I like doing little clay charms and making beaded bracelets and such

rooroo31 233	BEAD WORK CRAFTS on May 16, 2013 @ 11:30 am ITS BEEN A LONG TIME SINCE I HAVE HAD THE BEAD TRAYS OUT TOO..I USED TO FIND IT VERY RELAXING TO DO SO I MUST GO LOOKING FOR SOME BEADWORK JEWELLERY I CAN GET MY HANDS ON..WHEN YOU SEE THE FINAL PROJECT ITS A NICE FEELING OF HAVING HAD ACCOMPLISHED SOMETHING..TY FOR THE REMINDER :)
