Just wondering. I just posted reviews of 5 wines/alcohols and 3 restos Its showing that I have '40 points' in food and drink this month on the bottom of the food and drink page. That was a little strange so i looked at the badges points pages - and it says its 15/ review and 12/ new item... so something is off, right? What am I dong wrong?
Also noticed that if I don't post a photo for a new item, the review doesn't show in recent activity.
I am also wondering how many points you need to go up a badge level?

We'll check on your Food and Drink points for you and report back as soon as we can! As for your badge levels, the exact points number isn't shown at the moment but when you go through to your badges page on your profile: http://www.chickadvisor.com/chick/tashacat/badges/
Then you'll see the 'Badges Available' and a pie chart to tell you how far away you are from getting that badge, which should help.

Hi Alex. You're quick! I don't track
this stuff - so I won't often catch it. I'd seen something like
this before, but don't remember the details.
Still don't get how the badges work now that I've actually looked at it.
I'd tried to figure out the 'points' by reverse engineering the pies,
but there is no way to know if its 100, 1000, or 10000 points between
'levels'. I'd suggest that it should be listed so Chicks can
know how the increases happen. No one currently knows if its incremental or exponential ... ie
100 for the first level, then 200 or 1000 for the second level. Without
that knowledge the pie charts wouldn't tell me anything. Not a need to
know, but a nice to know.
There is definitely something wonky with the site right now: I have two
glasses of wine concurrently (badges)... adviser and guru levels. If you
know me well, you know I'd happily keep both! Cheers! Headed to my wine
