I was thinking i wanna FINALLY try wearing some lipstick, buuuut i just cannot seem to find a good colour for my skin tone and I suck at applying, not to sure about lip liners either. I would love any suggestions any one has :)

From your pic it would seem to me that something in a moderate shade of pink would look good on you. Not too light but yet not too dark. But I would go to a makeup counter at Sears for example. There's a lot of counters to choose from and for the most part those women are actually really knowledgeable and good at what they do. They should be able to help you with the right shade and get you to actually try some out. This way you won't be stuck with a bunch of lipsticks that you regret buying but cannot return and that can get a bit pricey. Good luck!

I think a soft pink or soft peach would look lovely with your skin tone

I would suggest a soft pink or a light peach lipstick.
You can also try a light lip gloss or lip stain

Revlon has some amazing colours that would suit your skin tone very well. Try the lip butter collection.

My absolute favourite new lipstick is Almay smart shade butterkiss lipstick. The colour of the tube looks brighter than it goes on - it is a nice shade that compliments my light skin colour. I use shade 20 which is light pink. It really softens the skin on your lips as well.
