Restaurants in Vancouver

on Oct 07, 2014 @ 12:31 am

I am looking for some new casual dining restaurants around the Lower Mainland. I am not going to lie I am a huge foodie and drinking junkie. I love try to try new things and always seeking good deals. I have been to the normal Cactus Club, Moxies etc corporate restaurants. Also I have tried five guys and romers pretty good I would say. My obsession would be anything chicken pasta or even good chicken burger and fries. Wondering if anyone would also have any suggestions on great affordable casual dining restaurants.

I like the restaurants in Yaletown and gastown! Peckingpah is a good restaurant for barbeque and Sardine Can is good for tapas.. Both in Gastown

Burgoo on Oct 23, 2014 @ 04:02 pm

Burgoo has 4 locations: Point Grey, Kitsilano, Mount Pleasant, and North Vancouver. I love their burgers as they use quality gourmet ingredients. One of my other favorites is their 3 cheese grilled cheese - super gooey and delicious. Not to mention their large beer selection to go with all their yummy burgers.

Lolita's! on Oct 29, 2014 @ 03:49 pm

If you like Mexican inspired good you should check out Lolita's it's absolutely delicious. It kind of looks like a little home in the wall and if you blink you might miss it but it's really good and reasonably priced.

Saidly this restaurant has close due to high rises. But soon next month they will open under a new name, on Main Street next door to Campagnolo.

Great casual food in Vancouver on Dec 28, 2014 @ 01:32 am

For the record this is my hometown, if you like pizza, Don't Argue! I am not kidding this is a good pizzaria, if you like Italian just Ask for Luigi, if you want all out burgers and fries and milkshake go to Lucy's and if you want more of the same thing but a little more unique go to White Spot!

Try checking out Aussie Pie Bishop's and Burgoo. Yum!
