I've been looking for what seems like an eternity to find a pencil eyeliner; that's durable enough to stay put on my waterline all day! Finally my search has ended! This product does exactly what it claims, stays on 8 hours, without bleeding out color under my eye, or smudging! The only con I have found is that when you buy a fresh pencil, it takes a couple uses to get the true color pigmentation!
