I absolutely love this product! The Gummies are good for adults like me who have a hard time swallowing pills, and they taste great too. I love having my Adult Gummy vitamins at the same time as my little girl has her kid ones!!

Best way to take your vitamins!

Let me just start by saying I absolutely adore these ! I've attempted to take multivitamins in the past, but always ended up slowly forgetting to take them to the point where it never even crossed my mind.
Not only are these good for you, but they taste and feel like you're just eating a gummy bear ! At first I had to hold myself back from eating the whole bottle at once, just because they're so yummy.
I've even gotten my fiancé hooked, and he's the type of person that being aware of his health is the last thing on his mind.

Love these ! I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone who's looking to start taking multivitamins or switch theirs up.

The vitamin of choice in our home is the Adult Essenntials Gummies! They're full of what we need and taste awesome...so much better than the pill forms that are large and hard to swallow.

I have a hard time swallowing those huge horsepills they call vitamins, I have to chew them ,I know some of you know how that tastes.Its about time they came out with this easy way and tastes great.

What grown up wouldn't want to take gummie vitamins?!? That was always the coolest thing about children's vitamins. hahaha

About one month ago, I received a packaged wrapped in cellophane and pink and yellow ribbons. In it was a full-sized bottle of Adult Essentials Gummies (and a bottle of IronKids Gummies - reviewed).

I am not a big fan of taking medicine, and I always forget to take my vitamins. I am on iron injections (monthly) for anemia (like my daughter) so I figured I was getting enough. Well, I was mistaken, All the vitamins and fish oils in these little gummies were what I needed.

So, when they came, I was a little skeptical. A vitamin that tastes good (and not for kids, I sometimes would take the kids Gummy Vites (they taste great). Anyways, I took them out and I have to admit they smells great and to my surprised even tasted great. Finally a vitamin that tastes great and is really good for you.

So now, when then kids take their vitamins so do I (no excuse needed now). I have noticed more energy (something that I was lacking).

My kids LOVE the IronKids vitamins from the same company as Adult Essentials Gummies. So when I had the chance to try the adult version out I couldn’t wait. For the past couple months I’ve been taking their vitamin “D’s” and look forward to taking them everyday. They taste so yummy, kind of like candy. I even brought them on rogers TV and the co-host, Jay fell in love with them after one bite.
Adult Essentials also sent me Multi, Omega, B-Complex and B12. I have tried the B-Complex which taste very similar to the Vitamin D and I have also tried the Omega vitamins. They have a bit of a different taste but not a bad taste, just less sweet.
Adult Essentials Multi, Omega, B-Complex, B12 and Vitamin D all won Parent Tested Parent Approved (PTPA) awards in 2011- voted on by Parents in Canada and US. That’s pretty cool, eh? And on top of that, Adult Essentials is only entire brand line approved by Health Canada.
Makes me feel good I’m doing something healthy with my family. And I would highly recommend every family buying Adult Essential Gummies and IronKids Gummies. Yummy, healthy vitamins for everyone.
