It works so fast and I got a good nights rest without pain or waking.

I use this at night when I know I've over done it exercising or feel a migraine coming on. It helps me sleep!

So far I have only used this product twice. The first time, I was quite sore and it helped me sleep through the night without waking up - which is quite unusual for me and was much appreciated. The second time, it was less effective.

I love this stuff. wish it was like 70% cheaper but i do love it. i suffer from kidney, back and knee issues that i was born with that cause me terrible pain and i refuse to get hooked on pills. ever so often i say screw it and take 1 of these and they work great. take away my pain and allow me to fall asleep, stay asleep and get up without feeling like hell.

I have tried these and they did work but I am not sure the sleep aid is needed, usually if you take away the pain sleep is not a problem. I do not usually take anything to help me sleep so am a little concerned about the possible grogginess the next day ( I drive for a living) so am not willing to risk the side effects.

These aren't too bad but the effectiveness are just a little bit better than regular Advil.
