I used align probiotic for a long time. I found it worked well to keep me from gettgetting yeast infections. Take one capsule a day. I found this product to be expensive so I have switched to another cheaper brand.

Even though this worked for me, the price left me not wanting to use it after about two months. Metamucil is so much cheaper and had the same effect if not better since I suffer from IBS-C.
Try it if you have not had success with other product so. It truly was only the cost per month that made me want to stop- it is expensive for what it is.

I have severe IBS and find great relief in taking this product. I love how it comes in weekly blister packs with the day of the week on it. No other probiotic comes close. This definitely helps with my symptoms. The only things I hate about it is that it is not covered under my insurance plan even though it's considered necessary for IBS and other bowel diseases. This means anywhere from $39-47 for one months supply. I stock up when it's on sale. I got several boxes last night (shoppers sale) for $19.99.
The only reason my rating is not 5/5 is because of the price :(
