I have pretty bad bags under my eyes, especially in the morning, and do suffer from puffy eyes. I didn't have very high expectations going in to this, and I'm glad that was the case otherwise I would have be sorely disappointed. Wearing these pads was unpleasant enough. It almost felt like a very thick pore strip, except right under your eyes. They also suggest leaving it on for 30 minutes, but it was an unpleasant 30 minutes. For all of that unpleasantness, I thought it would at least make my face look a little different, but it didn't. My eyes were as puffy as before with all the bags from before. Literally nothing changed, except my under eye area is a little bit itchy now. Not worth it, not worth it by a long shot.
