This stuff works immediately and lasts for a long period of time. I often have jaw pain and rub it on my jaws before bed and it lasts long enough for me to be pain free and able to fall asleep easy. I love it, it even tastes good in your mouth.

The only oral anesthetic that works fast and effectively. Much more pleasant taste than most other brands. Very long lasting relief!
