I'm a big fan of Annabelle, for a lower end eye liner brands I've never had a bad experience. They offer nice solid colours that are easy to swipe across the eyelid and are mostly smudgeproof, while not WATERPROOF. I find that it stays on the eyelid most of the day, barring summer weather.
The olive colour is awesome, it's a green that isn't clownish and a dark liner that has just that bit of pizazz to it. Love it.
