I 've started to take these tablets to give me more energy . You can devide the tablet in two and only put half in your glads of water. Its full of vitamin b12 and more . Did work for me I did feel a little boost
I would recomment taken these more in the winter month when we feel the winterblues .

These should not take 30 minutes to dissolve. Mine definitely didn't (more like 5-7 minutes). I love the energy boost I get with these, because I don't like drinking more than one cup of coffee a day. I take this anytime I need a mental or physical boost in the afternoon or early evening as I'm a student. I actually don't find these expensive. When you think about it, most energy drinks cost about $3 each and are packed with ingredients I wouldn't want. I also love the convenience of having them in my purse and all I need to do is add them to a glass of water. I prefer to have a larger sized glass than normal, because I don't like things very sweet, but this is a personal preference. You can do whatever you like!

I would be more into these things if they actually fizzed! That is why I purchased them! They are so expensive (over $30 for 16 tabs) and they take almost 30 minutes to fully dissolve. You actually have to prep for when you want a fizzy water, which I hate. The taste is not too bad but there are so many other, similar products on the market that this one stands out in a bad way.

These fizz tablets from Arbonne are a very good quality product that give you a good energy boost, without added caffeine or sugar. I tried pomegranate flavour, which was very pleasant. You add these tablets to a glass of water and they dissolve within 10 or so minutes. For more concentrated flavour, use less water. As someone who is trying to limit pop and juice intake, these tablets provide a good addition to water without sugar or artificial sweeteners. They are sweetened with natural flavours and stevia extract. The major drawback is the price. For 20 tablets, I paid about $25-$30. Arbonne has high quality, natural products, so the high price is a given with this company. If you can afford them, they are great.
