I am a chapstick-a-holic. I put lip balm on all day. I keep one in a pocket of every coat or jacket I own. So when I put it on, it is already there. I keep one in my purse and one on the console of my car. I got this Aveeno lip balm as a gift with purchase attached to the bottle of Aveeno skin cream I purchased. This lip balm is like no other I have tried. It is not waxy like most. It glides on no matter if it has been sitting in a very cold car or in the warm house. Hardly no smell at all and no taste. I just love the way my lips feel when this is on.

Great product. Not at all waxy or sticky, just smooth like butter. Last for a long time. I've used both lip conditioners this one as well as the blue boxed one which has a minty tingle, love them both!

Such a great lip balm, blows all others I have used out of the water! It stays on for quite a long time, no need for that constant re-application you may experience with other chapped lip rememdies. it's smooth, colorless, and very effective at moisturizing, even in extreme conditions. I paid $3.59 and it was worth every dime.

SPF is vital for me which is why I bought it in the first place
It is great: moisturizes without being waxy or greasy. Stays on for a long time.

I'm very picky about the lip moisterizer: the feel has the be right, the scent/taste has to be "appetitizing" and it has to last me through the night. I was surprised by how nice this Aveeno lip conditioner is. It glides on the lips smoothly without leaving a waxy feeling. It has a light yummy vanilla scent and it doesn't have any weird taste. I put it on before going to bed and my lips are still soft and moisterized in the morning. I'm very happy with this product and I'll definitely buy it again in the future!

The store was out of my usual lip balm and I was out and about and really needed some lip balm so I decided to give Aveeno Essential Lip Conditioner a try since I have heard great things about Aveeno. In terms of conditioning my lips it did the trick...moisturized and gave a good looking finish to my lips. The lip balm was not waxy and did glide on smoothly but I did not like the taste or smell of it. If ever you have opened a bag of Cadbury Minieggs...this is what this balm smells like. I guess it is not a bad thing but is just preference and personally I did not like it. If you are looking for a low price lip balm I would recommend Lipsyl or Chapstick over Aveeno Essential Lip Conditioner.

I've tried so many lip products, including the popular Burt's Bees and ChapStick. But I hate that greasy and waxy feeling - menthol/minty tingle or not. The Aveeno Essential Moisture Lip Conditioner works wonders! It glides on smoothly and it leaves a great shine - it also doesn't have a yucky taste or unusual scent. It's not sticky either, so your hair doesn't glue onto your lips in the wind. You've got to try this wonderful lip balm because it stays on longer than other lip balms so you don't reapply every few minutes.

I really enjoyed this product as well. It's really great in the winter months; especially those extra dry and windy days. It works as well as the Aveeno body lotions. Overall, every Aveeno product that I have tried has been a winner. I personally like to use it before I go to bed, because I hate waking up with dry lips that crack and bleed in the morning. This lip conditioner really works, and keeps my lips nice and soft.

Of all the cheap lipbalms I've tried, this is definitely the best one. I find I don't need to reapply nearly as often as other brands. It also doesn't make my lips feel waxy like Chapstick does. It has SPF15, and hey - it's from Aveeno, and that's enough for me!
