Aveeno Essential Moisture Lip Conditioner with SPF 15

I received this lip balm from Living Well a couple weeks ago. I was excited because generally Aveeno products always live up to their name and overall have a great line of products. However, I wasnt overly happy with the results of the chapstick. I would say it is just "okay"and is definitely not my favourite. Due to the fact I have OVERLY dry lips, I felt like the chapstick just layed on top and did not do much to actually reduce flakiness or dryness, nor does it really last for that long.

I received this lip conditioner today it was a freebie from living well.I thought it was going to be a sample but was pleasantly surprised it was a whole tube.I love the ingredients jojoba oil,Shea butter and oatmeal.It also contains SPF 15 and says its a sunscreen protectant/also good for chapped dry lips.It glides on smoothly no waxy feeling it has a slight vanilla flavor but very light.I love that I dont feel a greasy or waxy residue on my lips it feels very natural.The tube is really unique as well Ive never seen anything like it you twist it from the top to move up the lip balm very clever.

I really liked this lip balm especially the dial that pushes more product up. I found this lip balm was good just o maintain moisturized lips and when they started to get a bit chapped. The one thing I didn't like was the price, way to expensive for a lip balm. I received mine as a stocking stuffer but I never repurchased it due to the price.

I tried this lip gloss because I just want a really good mositurizer without all the sparkles and goop in a lot of other products. I found it works really well and made my lips soft even when I wasn't wearing it!

I adore Aveeno Essential Moisture Lip Conditioner with SPF 15! It is always in my purse and I use it throughout the day.

Aveeno Essential Moisture is made with natural oatmeal, jojoba oil and shea butter. It has a delicious vanilla scent and glides on easily and absorbs into my lips rather than just sitting on top. Aveeno Essential Moisture leaves my lips feeling soft and smooth for hours and even leaves a bit of a glossy sheen and could sub for lip gloss in a pinch, although the shiny effect is quite temporary.

It's priced quite high compared to others on the market ($5.99 at London Drugs in Canada), but it is money well spent, in my opinion!

I like the smooth texture but I find that after an hour of wear, I need to reapply again (might be because I have dry and sensitive skin to begin with). The vanilla scent smells so nice!! It's definitely affordable. It's very smooth.

I am a chapstick-a-holic. I put lip balm on all day. I keep one in a pocket of every coat or jacket I own. So when I put it on, it is already there. I keep one in my purse and one on the console of my car. I got this Aveeno lip balm as a gift with purchase attached to the bottle of Aveeno skin cream I purchased. This lip balm is like no other I have tried. It is not waxy like most. It glides on no matter if it has been sitting in a very cold car or in the warm house. Hardly no smell at all and no taste. I just love the way my lips feel when this is on.
