This TV series lives up to the books, as well as the classic series. It captures childrens imaginations, and teaches valuable life lessons, using great animation.

I love Babar and am so excited to see it listed for review! I watched this growing up and also have some of the books. It still comes on here on PBS at certain times, though not every day. Our 6 year old grandson likes to watch it and loves when I read him the books at bedtime. An all time favorite and classic character!!

I read the books and owned them as well. This series is based off the books. I really enjoyed the show as a kid and watched all of the episodes. I'm pretty sure most children would enjoy both too.
