This sharp, 5 year aged cheddar is excellent on it's own or on a simple, plain cracker. The 5 year one is my favourite that is available in grocery stores. I love a really strong tasting cheddar, and this one delivers on taste. The texture is hard and slightly crumbly. As good with fruit.
