so happy with this cheese

I am so glad I discovered this cheese in Costco. I have to admit that I am a bit of a cheese snob so the cheeses I eat have to meet certain exacting standards ! This one fits the bill perfectly — great distinctive flavour whether eaten on its own or used in cooking. I also love that it comes in snack pack sizes - so convenient for lunches !

Great flavour and a little goes a long way. I always make sure to buy this- and have ready in fridge for work lunches and when i have friends over. Would highly recommend.

There are not enough words to say how much I love this cheese. Sharp flavour, one bite leaves me wanting more. I buy two at a time from Costco so I don’t have to go every week.

Mon fromage cheddar préféré

C'est mon fromage cheddar âgé préféré. Un peu plus dispendieux mais il en vaut la peine. Costo le vend en grand format a meilleur prix qu'en supermarché. Nous le mangeons régulièrement avec une baguette et de la confiture d'oignons. Délicieux!!!

This is one of my favourite aged cheddars. A little on the pricey side but well worth it. It is just the right amount of sharp and it crumbles when you cut it. Delish!

love this cheese. I'm a huge fan of aged cheddars and this one is soooo good. Very sharp taste and it's great quality. I love the individual portions that you can get at Costco... especially delicious paired with grapes!

About a month ago I discovered Balderson's Aged 2 Year White Cheddar at my local Costco. If you are a fan of Aged Cheddar - these are well worth the purchase! Costco carries them in the big mesh bag for around $11.00. The taste is sharp, rich and amazing. The individual portion packages are just the right amount - and very convenient for lunches and snacks. Makes a great pairing with grapes or green apples too!
