Summer Color lets you control the shade of your tan. This quick-drying sunless tanning lotion from Banana Boat allows you to get the deepest, richest tan that is achievable with your skin tone. The more often you apply it, the deeper your tan becomes. After achieving your desired color, you can maintain your tan with less frequent applications for a natural-looking tan. The lotion is tinted so you can see where you've applied it for a streak-free, sunless tan. Made for deep, dark skin tone, Summer Color is oil-free and enriched with aloe vera and Vitamin E. Made in Canada.

I didn't Care for this product at all,it was very greasy and didn't blend well and shortly after applying it to my skin I broke out in a rash, not a good product in my opinion, I certainly will never buy this again
By far the best self tanner I've tried. It's super cheap compared to fake bake etc. Works well and gives you a nice non-fake colour. The only con is it is hard to find where I live so I had to order it offline and it was about $5 more expensive. And it's a pain to order offline. Oh well I have it now and it's working out well.
i've tried several variations of this tanner and have had the same problems with them, streaking. No matter what the banana boat tanner products always leave my streaky and orange.
Well after working out and beginning to feel better about myself I began to fit back into all of my old skirts and finally noticed how pale my legs were. I had worn jeans all summer and developed a nice tan along my arms and face but my legs screamed Casper. I bought this product with doubts but let me tell you I will never use another tan lotion ever. It works amazingly and within a few hours your tan has developed. I applied another coat a day later and my legs were as tan as my arms. I reapply about once a week to maintain the color. I have gotten many compliments using it and no one has recognized it as a fake. Enjoy!
I was always nervous to try a self-tanner, fearing I would get an orange, streaky, uneven tan like many horror stories I've read. But, I decided to get my feet wet with Maybelline Tinted Self Tanner. This lotion worked well, but it didn't give me a dark enough color, and it was also shimmery, which is good for going out at night, but not as much for everyday wearing. That's when I decided to try Banana Boat's Summer Color Self-Tanning Lotion in Deep Dark Color. It doesn't have a shimmer to it, so you can use it at any time. After showering and exfoliating (make sure to do so first) I decided to test it on my legs. You have to really make sure to rub in it - the lotion is tinted brown, so you are able to see where you have already applied it. It begins to dry fairly quickly, so make sure you don't see any darker areas or any lotion that isn't rubbed in all the way. I did both of my legs, and after making sure it all looked even, I sat around until I was sure it was dry. As I said, it dries pretty quickly, and you will see some initial color, however as the bottle states, you won't see the full color develop until 2-3 hours later - which is definitely true. As the day went on, I noticed the tan got even darker. I was just testing it, so I didn't apply a second coat, but this weekend, I plan to do 2 coats (the bottle suggests to wait 3 hours before applying a second application). All in all, this lotion gave me a great color, and for $6.74 for a 6 oz. bottle, I think it is a great deal (especially compared to some of the others on the shelves). I definitely recommend this to anyone looking to maintain a summer tan all year long!
