What is not to love here. This chocolate is amazing, both in quality and taste. It is such a fabulous treat, all for me. I really suggest you try this if you have not. It is so worth it. Fantastic indulgence.

I'll be honest, this wasn't my favourite from the mix. The quality and richness of the chocolate was still on point, I just wasn't the biggest fan of the caramel. It was a bit too sweet for my liking. In any case, I really enjoyed the actual chocolate.

This bar was tied for 1st place as my favourite of the bars that I was given to test and review by ChickAdvisor and Baroness. The chocolate was smooth and decadent. And the caramel was gooey and the perfect amount of sweet with a little salty. I had a hard time putting this one down!

This is my new favorite chocolate bar! It's like a gourmet Caramilk bar. The caramel in the centre is so ooey and gooey, its absolutely delicious to bite into. What makes this bar better then Caramilk is the richness of the chocolate, but as well, the crunch from the pecans. I ate this bar in one sitting without even realizing it. So tasty!

Absolute favourite!!! The creamy caramel in the center was to die for! If I ever want a truly amazing sweet treat this will be the bar I'll be looking for!

I really enjoyed this chocolate bar - the flavours tasted amazing together and the fact that it was handmade, organic, fair trade, and certified kosher made it even better. The quality was superb - rich and satisfying, far better than most premium chocolate bars at grocery stores and the chocolate quality was on par with luxury chocolates, but at a much better price point although the packaging could be improved. The caramel was creamy and was in perfect ratio to the chocolate.

Oh my goodness...Yummy gooey caramel taste sensation!!!

I'll start by saying that I'm not a huge caramel fan, but I thought this was pretty good considering! I do wish it was a milk chocolate bar rather than a dark because I feel that combo with caramel is better, but it was tasty nonetheless. Loved the pecans!

The Dob Dobs were the first Baroness Bar I tried! Let me start off by saying that I love the fact that Baroness Chocolate is ethically and sustainably sourced as I feel this is important and socially responsible. I really liked the portion size of the bar and it is very easy to break into smaller pieces (not that you can stop and eat just one once you've started - lol!) The texture of the chocolate was smooth and creamy and the combination of flavours was fresh and sweet - but not too sweet! The caramel was a nice consistency and the nuts were just an added bonus - Loved it!

Caramel was saltier than I was expecting and it was super messy to eat. If you break this bar, the top and bottom halves separate with the caramel oozing out. I feel like I need to eat this on a plate. Still tasted amazing though! I can't believe how not sweet this tasted considering how much was in it!
