If you are just starting out with Yoga, this is a great DVD. It goes through only the basic steps- like the name suggests and even offers alternatives for the more difficult poses.
You can also click on these "arrows" that give you more information or alternatives which pop up periodically throughout the DVD.
I like the "Daily Dozen" poses that they go through as well, it gives you a good solid background for furthering your yoga studies. That being said, once you master this DVD, you are pretty much done with it. It isn't like a cardio workout where you can practice again and again. As well, once you've seen it a few times, the instructor gets to be repetitive- I just fast forward her parts. However, for someone just starting out or for someone who wants basic steps to do each day this is a great DVD.
