If you have ever tried out the original of this particular program, you need to try this one! it's definitely more extreme. the premise is essentially the same, but with even more dialed in nutirtion. no cheats, less fats, routines and harder workouts. workouts are at least still able to be modified which is awesome. workouts definitely use more weights this round, and in 30 minutes you definitely have a full sweat on. workout dvds used to be so lame, but these actually arent too bad and kind of entertaining really. if you have the drive, i definitely recommend it. meal plan is great to use with other programs too.
