The concept of this is great.
It comes in a sleek tube with a precise flexible tip.
I almost wish the tip wasn't soft as it cause easily slip as you apply it.

It might just take some getting used to.

The formula is nice and creamy however a lot tends to come out as your twist the bottom of the pen to reveal the formula.

I did not really like this product. It was very hard to apply and did not go on as smooth as I thought it would.

I love Benefit... and I wanted to love this. I tried really really hard to love it. But I don't. I found the gel was too dry which made it hard to apply, the flexible tip was too flexible and the design was awkward. The product I did manage to use stayed on all day which was great - but it's just not for me.

I'm not very good at putting on liner, and from the advertising I assumed that the soft tip would make this easy to apply. I grabbed it up the first day t was available and took to the mirror filled with the feeling that I had discovered the holy grail of eyeliner. I was disappointed in the application, though. It was difficult to judge how much product should be used and the actual angle that you must use the product to make it transfer to the skin is awkward. Once some liner is deposited, it might come off in chunky pieces or leave spots where nothing is. I am, however, majorly impressed with how long this stayed put once I achieved the desired look. I had absolutely no smudging, no transferring. I have hope for this product, but I'm not as impressed with the ease of use.

I did not love it. And I wanted to love it. Maybe it is because I am not very good at putting on eyeliner but I found it very difficult to use. I found the liner itself hard to control and that is came out pretty chunky. I thought it was hard to control and smudged easily. Disjointed and disappointed. And the price is high!

I bought the Benefit They're Real Push-Up liner with high hopes for it and was unfortunately terribly let down. I just want to say first of all the I love the liner itself. It has a good consistency is jet black and dries fairly matte which is what I was looking for BUT the packaging ruined it for me.

When you click it up you waste ALOT of product . The applicator is flimsy and very difficult to work with and I feel like for the price and the hype it should have worked better.

I do still use the gel liner itself but I use it with my own brush and still waste a lot of product. I love Benefit as a company but unfortunately this was a miss for me .

I bought this from Shoppers Drug Mart durring the beauty event mainly because there were 8000 bonus points for it. I found it dragged, was akward hard to apply and overall disappointing.

I think there is probably a learning curve and you could learn to use it better, but I want a product that is amazing and easy to use. No urge to have to work so hard to make it great.

I don't like negative reviews. However, I absolutely hated this product! It did not work well at all for me. It was messy, and not effective at all. It's high in price and does not have good quality at all. It is very hard to create an even cat eye or liner look. It smudged so easy and I have a very steady hand. Just not my cup of tea!

Amazing and long lasting really precise

This eyeliner is like no other. At first I felt like chucking the thing across the room in frustrating. But after about 2 hours, I finally got it to work. When it works, it is beautiful, it just so unfortunate that the application process is hard to get the hang of. It glides so smooth, seriously, give it another few chances if you hate it at first. You might just change your mind, like I did!
