This mascara was supposed to make it a lot easier to do a winged liner and I honestly found it a lot harder! The product did not come out very easily and I found that it was clumpy and would drag on my skin.It definitely didn't live up to the high price tag for me.

I have mixed feelings about this eyeliner. I was kind of hoping that it would be super easy to draw a prescient line, but sometimes it just clumps up and is tough to apply. However, the more I use it the better I get at applying it. The good thing is that it lasts a long time.

I have mixed reviews for this liner. When I first purchased it I loved how it seemed fool proof compared to liquid liner for my clumsy hands. I absolutely love the gel consistency with the convenience of it being in a pen form. However, after using this product for quite some time, i'm starting to become frustrated with the applicator. When you twist it, the product doesn't always come up and required pinching. Then minutes later a whole bunch will come out! It doesn't always apply in a smooth line, and it crumbles easily....I haven't yet decided if i'm going to repurchase...

I am sure there are people who love this, but I find it very thick and hard to maneuver.
I think this liner was made for makeup artists only, but even still they have a hard time with it. You have to be very particular about how much product you push up in order to get the right amount out. No thanks.

I love this product in theory and really wanted it to work for me! However I had a lot of trouble mastering the technique and wasted a lot of the product. Because of the way the eyeliner itself must be pumped up/out of the tube, if you aren't quick enough the product will dry out as you are applying it and form 'balls' of clumped up gel eyeliner. I also wasn't thrilled with the staying power. I have watery eyes and this would often end up blotchy.

I bought this because I wanted to replace my current gel eyeliner and this one sounded good. It isn't. You have to twist to get the product out, and directions were included to do this, but it simply didn't work! It wouldn't come out of the tip readily, then when it did it came out in a big gob that was impossible to apply. Don't waste your money on this one.

I use liquid eyeliner on a daily basis, and when this one first came out I was so pumped about it and got it the day it came out ... then returned it the next day. It was so awkward to put on, it was clumpy and pulled on my eyelid and almost hurt as if it was pinching my eyelid! I would much rather an eyeliner that glides on smoothly! Its a shame because I love Benefit producs and this one made me sad!

I have really oily eyelids and as cool as the applicator, it smudged like crazy for me. It did not even last 2 hours. I was really disappointed. The product was hard to get out and for the price I paid, there are much better eyeliners at a much cheaper price.

As much as i love benefit cosmetics, this product was a total disappointment to me. The idea is great, but the product itself doesnt deliver the results that are promised. The formula is weird, it's supposed to be a gel but it is so dry and hard to apply on lids! I am always on the hunt for the best eyeliner but sadly it's not going to be this one, unless they fix the dried up issue. Also, for the price you pay, you should be able to expect a quality product.

This eye liner dries very quickly. It crumbles way too often and is quite tricky to use even for a make up artist of several years. Disappointing to say the least
