I bought my Billie Cosmetics lipstick at Dollar Tree for $1.25 each. I have 4 different colors because they where cheap I was able to buy more. I have Plum 445, Cherry 427, Cocoa 451, and Light Mauve 441. The pigmentation of these lipsticks are great. They are creamy and goes on the lip smoothly. They aren't Matt so they do have a little shine to them. It has wear to it you can go maybe around 4 hrs before reapplying. The packaging is what you pay for its just a clear plastic tube. They do have a mild crayon smell. My favorite are the plum and cherry great for fall.
