reviews I have tried this product on my daughters eczema and it has worked wonders overnight. Great for dry elbows and knees as well! A little dab goes a long way. Soaks into skin. Do not get it on your clothes its hard to get the oil mark out. [ back to top ] This review is the subjective opinion of a ChickAdvisor member and not of ChickAdvisor Inc. This product is fantastic! Natural instead of using the harsh treatments that the dermatologists provide. The scars go away slowly however they all GO AWAY! The price is fantastic as the product lasts you a long time. reviews Just recently started using Bio-Oil...I purchased it when the price was lower--it used to be around $12 at Walmart when it first came out. It is now around $16-$19. Some slight improvement so far in the areas I have been using it on, however it says to use it a minimum of 3 months. I was expecting great results for my scar, but it seems to be fading just as quickly on its own as it did with bio oil. It is quite oily, but it does absorb quickly. Its a good price, but no major changes in my scar. I would not go run out and buy this product [ back to top ] This review is the subjective opinion of a ChickAdvisor member and not of ChickAdvisor Inc. Had age spots on my hands and on my face use the product and after 2wks noticed they were gone. plus it mad my skin on my face so soft younger looking better then any other cream I tried for wrinkles love the product. I say you are better off with using vitamin E oil. its a little cheaper and just as effective on marks. review I bought the bio-oil last weekend and have been applying 2-3 times daily for 5 days now. I have a few age spots on my hands that bothered me quite a bit and i'm actually amazed that they have faded and are quite lighter!! I also apply it to my neck since I have a few wrinkles there that actually make me very self concious..and they appear to be less pronounced (and I have been trying all kinds of neck creams!) so I like this oil, it smells good, my skin rapidly absorbs it and the price is very good!! Wal-Mart sells it for $11.95 here!! It,s all natural too and hydrates my skin well! reviews PLEASE NOTE: My review is for the use of Bio-oil on your face to improve complexion and reduce the appearance of scars. [ back to top ] This review is the subjective opinion of a ChickAdvisor member and not of ChickAdvisor Inc. Six months I ago I accidentally knocked down a pot of boiling water in my kitchen and scaled my hand. Initially, I have heard that Bio-Oil is good for stretch marks and later learned that it also works on scars and wrinkles. Since the accident left a really large and unsightly scar on my right hand, I got myself a bottle. I also did some research to find if the product really works. I found this site ( www.bio-oil-review.com ) and learned that the person hosting the site is testing the product and giving her feedback once a month. When I looked at the before and after photos, I was pleasantly surprised. Go to www.bio-oil-review.com and see for yourself. I've been using it for three days now and it gives me hope that my scar will eventually fade. So far I haven't seen any changes but it does keep my hands soft and moist all day long. I agree with the previous posts - you must discipline yourself and apply the oil twice a day for a minimum of three months to see some results. I hope I can see mine really soon. Overall, I am pleased with this product but at $18.99 I expected it to do a little more than what it did. Don't get me wrong I did see results as far as lightening ans smoothing scars and marks but for $20 I expected them to be gone!! I did not do any research on the clinical trials until after I'd already purchased and used quite a bit if the product. I was a tad discouraged to find out that the clinical trials were done on Caucasian women and no women of color. Of course, I knew that there results would not be my results. This can be used as a bath oil, I even used it in my face and it disn't clog my pores, imagine that... an oil that didn't clog pores!! I am very pleased with this purchased, just not to excited about the price. I would recommend it, but doubt that I'll be buying it any time in the near future.
