This turned out well, even though I skipped the lime as I am not a big fan of citrus on my potato.

I tried them as an appatizer when my friends came over. Everone loved them. I dis ask them if they would chante something to the recipe. All said it was perfect, but one said he would try adding a little bitte of dried hot pepper. Why not, it's an idea!

Well now my husband's have a new favorite way to eat his fries. He loves on his steak to put lemon pepper spices but when i tried this recipe he went nuts. The flavor is intense, great !!! It's easy to spices more or a little bit less for the kids. Thanks mc cain for that genius idea

I have tried so many black pepper combos to my super fries! In Greece the big thing was paprika and pepper. I made those almost every time. I never thought of lime and pepper though. I LOVE citrus, so this was an easy and delicious transition!

This McCain challenge will be fun! I used the McCain Superfries to make these Black Pepper and Lime fries this evening. I followed the recipe, but chose to put the parmesan on the fries and broil them before serving. The contrast between the crispy fries, melted parm, and the zing of the lime was a great combination! It all came together in under 25 minutes, and was a great late night snack as hubby and I watched iZombie on Netflix.

A garlic lime aioli would be the perfect accompaniment.

I loved these. So easy to make and added so much more flavour to the fries. They didn't even need any dip!
