Probably one of the least reliable Blackberries on the market. A simple phone for calling, texting, but if you're active with internet or social media this likely isnt your best bet. I found it had many many glitches. The keys are not black plastic, simply clear & painted, so it becomes increasingly difficult to function as scratches appear on the phone from wear and tear / regular typing. It did however hold up to drops pretty good.
j'ai ce telephone depuis maintenant 2 ans et j'avoue que je ne me plaint pas, la communication est bonne mais des fois le telephone bloque sans raison, je crsoi qu'il est temps pour moi de changer de telephone;)
I have had my blackberry bold for approx 2 years now, its been an okay phone with no major issues. The software is a bit slow and looking anything up on the internet doesnt usually work to well.It is compact, easy to use and the keyboard keys are big enough i can type quickly. Not a great phone for a gamer or anyone that uses the internet alot. Great for bbm and texting or catching up on facebook gossip.
This is the one BB Bold I can say is a total rip off. I have used it through work, and have troubleshoot it and seen the numerous issues people face while using it, so I can honestly say, if you want a BB, go for it, but just not this one. Out of all the people I know using this BB, only one person has a good one. The rest of them have lemons.
Some of the problems they encounter is:
The speaker / sound stops working - so no listening to music out loud or even hearing your ring tone!
The headphone feature stops working
The Hands free feature stops working
The headset sound itself stops working - so when making a call, you won't hear anyone!
Now I do know how to fix all of these, the fixes aren't very difficult, but that's besides the point. When you're paying $500 for a cellphone, you should expect for it to work straight out of the box and not come with a plethora of issues.
I don't recommend this model to anyone.
