This is my go to when I don't have time to make my own mix. My kids love pancakes and I find adding a dash of cinnamon gives it a nicer taste. Simple directions on the back mean my 10 year old can make them herself

I love this GF pancake mix! It's a little drier than the regular pancake mixes, but still, that does the job!! I love to add a scoop of chocolate whey protein to the mix (the Allmax brand is gluten free) and it gives it a nice chocolate taste!! Delicious!!
