If you feel the need to add some veggies to your diet this smoothie is a great way to do it. At 296 calories it is a good snack. It fills you up and you get the benefit of carrots. apples mangoes and bananas. The taste could be a tad sweeter if you ask me but considering it's main ingredient is carrots, I'd say it's pretty good.
