fine lozenges

they are not the best lozenges but not the worst either. it does the job afterall so it dosent really matter about other brands but the taste is not the best

When I have a sore throat I suck on one of these; they don't taste bad like others, and they deaden the soreness. I don't need anything else, and I've taken these for a few years when needed.

If you have a really bad sore throat these are the ones to buy. For me this deadens the soreness or numbs might be a better word. They come in a tin and not too expensive. You'll find them at a drug store.
