I love the brain - its intricacies, inner-workings, everything about it. Someone recommended this book to me knowing how much I love the brain - and this book did not disappoint. I would say I couldn't put it down, but part way through the book I had to. I was so heartbroken and frustrated. I managed to pick up the book again and have since mourned its ending. Susan Cahalan is an incredible writer. This book did not disappoint.

Susannah Cahalan is an inspirational person and writer. This book is her memoirs from when she was sick and how she became diagnosed. The story and the person are unbelievable and so hard to put down. Her writing is captivating. 100% recommend this to everyone.
