I recently purchased this facial hair removal epilator. It is a bit pricey considering it is battery powered. It does not have a fast spinning head due to battery power i imagine. The hand held device has two modes forwards and backwards depending on hair growth direction. It work well at removing fine facial hair and is not to painful, I believe a tolerance can be achieved with continual use.
