we make our own ..i love bread and butter pickles . they are so good on bread with cheese whiz // dont knock it till you have tried it.... i have gotten many eating it over the years

Last year I found a Recipe from Chatelaine Magazine May 2015 Issue for Bread and Butter Pickles. I had not made pickles for decades. This is the easiest Recipe of all time! Homemade and crunchy. Ready overnight. Here is Chatelaine's Magazine Recipe> Slice 3 mini cucumbers 1/8 in thick and put in a clean Quart size mason jar. Boil i cup white vinegar with 1/2 cup each water and white sugar. Add 1/2 tsp. celery seed and 1/4 tsp salt until the sugar dissolves. Pour over cucumbers and let stand 10 minutes. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Ready to eat the next day. Delicious. Enjoy!
Since I was a child I have loved these pickles ,I Love that they are sliced making them easier to eat ,I like that they have a slight crunch to them and I love that tangy sweet flavor ,so delicious to have with dinner or to eat on their own.This gets top marks in my book for being the best pickles ever made
