Good for eating and for lotion

I was getting very frustrated with my facial cleansing and heard someone talking about coconut oil.

Well this one is good for cooking, putting on toast or whatever, replacing margarine or butter PLUS:

It is great as an all over lotion (my husband even puts it on his head).

I put it on my face every day after cleansing and all over my body after a shower OR when I am going out in the sun because apparently coconut oil has a natural SPF in it. (Not for the whole day but for a while, which is all the time I spend in the sun).

I recommend using this natural product instead of the expensive items in the stores that just clog up ones skin.

I have long thick curly hair. It needs a lot of moisture, and used to take multiple products to maintain. Since switching to this coconut oil I've stopped using all my after shower products. I' very happy with how well it works with my hair.

I was a little nervous of trying this as I wasn't sure of the company, but the moment I tried it, I knew I wouldn't go back to my old coconut oil ! Love this product
