Purchased these to help keep away the winter blues and I've fallen in love! Unlike other vitamin D drops these super daily drops require only one tiny drop as a recommend dose (1000 IU's per drop) and contain 365 drops (very economical for a years supply)!
It is a clear liquid with no taste so it's super easy to take directly by dropping it on the tongue.
