I think I have a new Wine Wednesday favourite! Carnivore is a Cabernet Sauvignon by Carnivore Winery. It has an amazingly smooth taste and is a California blend. Similar to Apothic - It is made by the same winery. Runs about $13.00 a bottle if on sale, otherwise around $17.00 per bottle. I find it smooth and light - great with beef and pasta. Or all by itself!
