Like another other Irish Cream (i.e. Bailey's), but I find this one smoother. I could honestly drink a glass of this alone (but I won't). It's also pretty affordable too- always nice for the holiday season!

I love this alone, with milk, or in a cocktail. Definitely a great beverage to have for baking too. Makes a great hostess gift. Around the holiday season- this one is a must-have in your cupboard because of all it's uses. If you're a fan of irish creams- I highly recommend trying this one out!

If you enjoy a bit of Bailey’s then you’ll also love Carolans Irish Cream. It pretty much the same as Bailey’s only it’s a bit smoother. I find it nicer if you’re going to take straight shots of it. Taste notes are of opaque golden cream, medium intense notes of butterscotch and caramel. It has a sweet rich creamy texture mixed with the butterscotch flavours that linger in your mouth. Carolans is great served chilled on its own, over ice, in coffee or other cocktails. It’s also great with chocolate cake, or pecan pie and it can be used in desert recipes. Carolans Irish Cream has 17% alcohol, is made right in Ireland and is made by TJ Carolan & Son Ltd, Ireland. If you haven’t tried Carolans then why not give it a try, you might just surprise yourself and enjoy it more then Bailey’s Irish Cream, I know I do.
