Too many pieces left behind

Cashmere used to be a quality toilet paper for an excellent price but in the past few years the price remains quality the toilet paper unfortunately has not. Falls apart very easily leaves pieces behind and tons of lil paper dust particles fly off as you take it off the roll. For women quality will outweigh price but it would be nice to have both

I am not a fan, I don't know if it's just the package that I picked up, but there was so much fluff on the toilet paper. Will not buy this again.
