I love this pasta, hard to believe it is good for you. This has become my brand of choice for all of the Smart products. I love pasta, I would take pasta over potatoes any day and I can now feel good about this choice.

I like it, fast cooking and good texture, In winter, I break this pasta into boiling soup mixture and turn off heat, and soup is ready by the time it is in the bowl. :)

It's good product, I tried other pastas from the smart series and I found this one is perfect. It tastes great, all the smart series I found cook little bit longer and it has harder texture, but vermicelli is fine ,plus it has lots of fiber.
