No break outs!

I'm big on skin care and I'm always experimenting to find what's best for my skin, while staying on a budget. I've been happy with other brands, but Cetaphil has made a huge difference. My skin is completely clear and smooth.

This face wash definitely helps control oil and makes my skin feel clean. I feel like I have to use a lot of it as the foam isn’t very dense. One thing that annoyed me with it was the bottle. The top kept getting stuck inside the bottle when I pushed down on it to dispense the soap. It would be really nice if this came in a thicker formula like the original Cetaphil does

Great for acne prone skin

Easy to use product that rinses clean every time and effective for removing makeup. I found this product does help with my acne for the most part but it really dried out my skin.

Great product

A very gentle foam wash with a light sent, none irritating and effective. I like to use this in the morning before I put makeup on! Try and find coupons for it but overall worth the price!

Use with dry skin

At first I was a bit confused by this product because when I applied it after doing my initial oil cleanse, it didn't feel like the cleanser was doing anything, and melted into nothing. I have now discovered, this is because my face was wet. You should apply this cleanser to dry skin, not moist. This way the lather is maintained and does actually give you a deep clean. So far I am really liking this cleanser, and I don't feel like it dries out my skin too much even though it is for oil control.

Ce nettoyant facial nettoie en profondeur le visage et nous laisse une peau très resplendissante. J'adore ce produit, car il n'assèche pas la peau et il ne contient pas de parfum, donc c'est parfait pour les gens ayant la peau sensible comme moi. Pour ceux ayant la peau grasse ça enlève bien l'excès de sébum et ça diminue l'acné. Par contre, ce produit est quand même dispendieu pour l'effet procuré.

This is a nice light face wash, it does not dry my face out at all! It has very little scent to it, which is nice, some can be over powering. Its good size bottle for the price.

After washing my face it feels really smooth and matte. It really is good for oily skin. I find I have to use it on clean skin though. Either I scrub my face first and then use the foam or I use the foam twice, first to wash off my makeup and then a second time to get the oil free effect. The foam doesn't last especially directly on makeup, that is why I have to use it twice. I'm still on the fence on whether I would purchase again, since I'm washing my face twice.

This is a simple foaming face cleanser that removes makeup and washes off without leaving a film. It did not dry out nor leave my somewhat sensitive skin irritated and it includes a pump.

While I has a mostly positive experience with this product, I will not repurchase because I feel there are many great quality drugstore cleanser that are cheaper and I was disappointed by the inclusion of fragrance.

I love foam cleansers, and recently rediscovered Cetaphil – this new foam cleanser definitely made me curious as to how it works in comparison with their old and new formulas.

The Derma control is more for my Husband than myself, but I have found using it once every 2 to 3 days on my own skin has kept it from breaking out during recent stressors and during extra hormonal periods (sorry guys!) as it normally does.

Husband has started using it both on his face and body, as he gets sports related acne due to sweat – no one wants acne on their behind or back! He is able to actually pump a few squirts of foam onto his loofah in order to wash the areas that he cannot see, and we have seen a slight improvement in his breakouts after the first few weeks! We normally do not see these results unless we are down south swimming in the ocean every day.

I find one pump is more than sufficient for my face – it is a light and fluffy type foam with no noticeable scent or residue afterwards.

I rub it onto my face, let it absorb for a minute or so, close my eyes, and rinse it off. In comparison with other cleansers, it definitely washes off a lot quicker than others.

Afterwards, my skin feels soft, not dry and itchy (as it can with acne cleansers), so I do not feel the immediate need to use face moisturizer afterwards.

As gross as it is, it actually has made Husband’s back skin even softer, making shaving it (my job) a lot more efficient and quicker!

So overall, this is definitely my go-to for those stressful or times of the month where my skin goes out of balance; and for Husband, his daily regular all over wash for face and sports acne.

We recommend every bathroom has at least one for overall skin health and appearance!
